Why are latecomers allowed spoil the movie for those who make the effort to be there on time?

SOMETHING should be done about those people who arrive late into a film, often 15 minutes after it has started.

Many of them don’t mind disturbing those of us who have made the effort to be there on time, often knocking over food and drinks in the process.

These people are extremely inconsiderate, to say the least.
