Team of pathologists an obvious solution

THE solution to the problem that has arisen because of former State pathologist Professor John Harbison’s inability to present evidence is obvious.

We should have a team of pathologists who could conduct their investigations together, and if one of them cannot appear in court then another member of that team could do so.

According to newspaper reports, Prof Harbison himself warned of the possibility of him not being in a position to give evidence a few years ago but, surprise, surprise, nothing was done about it.
