'Nothing has changed' — Moves to tackle dereliction in Tipperary 'could move a lot faster'

Clonmel pharmacist Ronan Quirke did not hold back in his dismay about the state of vacancy and dereliction in the heart of the Tipperary town when he last spoke to the Irish Examiner.

That is also how he remembers his appearance in the 2021 series on dereliction, which included a partial focus on the town where his family owned a pharmacy for some 97 years.
