Darragh O'Brien to bring plans to lift Dublin Airport passenger cap to Cabinet

Plans for new legislation to lift the passenger cap at Dublin Airport will be discussed by Cabinet on Tuesday morning.
Transport minister Darragh O’Brien will tell his colleagues of the “challenges faced in securing timely permission for planning applications“.
