It is “highly likely” that Fianna Fáil MEP Billy Kelleher will seek his party’s nomination for the presidential election, party sources have said.

The Cork MEP has been touted as a possible candidate in recent days, with Mr Kelleher declining to rule himself out of the race on Tuesday.
