Housing minister confirms legal action taken regarding delivery of 486 social homes

Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage James Browne speaks to media outside Government Buildings before this morning's meeting of the Cabinet. 

The housing minister has confirmed that legal actions have been taken in relating to cancelled social housing projects.

At the Oireachtas Housing Committee, James Browne said that legal documents had been received last Friday about the cancellation of some projects under a public-private partnership (PPP).
