Housing target of 41,000 ‘not realistic’, James Browne says

The target to build 41,000 new homes this year is “not realistic”, Housing Minister James Browne has said.
Mr Browne has admitted previously that meeting the 2025 target would be “extremely challenging”, and all predictions are trending around 34,000.
