The Government is not expected to finalise changes to rent pressure zones (RPZs) this week, as party leaders are set to discuss proposals from housing minister James Browne on Monday.

It had been expected that Mr Browne would bring his proposals for a decision at Cabinet on Tuesday. However, government sources have since said this will not happen.
