Simon Harris and Keir Starmer set terms for annual summit to 'reset' Ireland-UK relations

The Taoiseach and the British prime minister will hold annual summits on trade and security, the Keir Starmer has said.
Mr Starmer said it is a “moment for reset” of relations between the UK and Ireland as he met Simon Harris during his first official visit to Dublin.
