The department which saw the highest number of devices either lost or stolen was the Department of Agriculture, which saw 199 phones and laptops go missing over the last 10 years.

Almost 650 Government phones and laptops have been stolen or lost over the last 10 years, new figures show.

Data taken from all Government departments show there have been a total of 649 phones and laptops that were either stolen or lost between 2014 and halfway through 2024.
