No need for new laws to protect politicians homes from protestors, Simon Harris says

Taoiseach Simon Harris: 'Protest is a fundamental part of democracy. Protesting does not equate to thuggery.'

The Taoiseach has said he does not believe the targeting of him and other senior politicians necessitate new laws to protect members of Cabinet.

It comes as Simon Harris said he could not comment after three men were arrested in connection with demonstrations at his home.
