Dublin's Samuel Beckett Bridge was lit up on the eve of May 1, 2024, in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the European Union's biggest enlargement which welcomed 10 countries — Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia — to the EU family.
