Department confirms legal correspondence from parents of children with special needs

A spokesperson for the Department says the correspondence received is under consideration.

The Department of Education has confirmed it has received legal correspondence on behalf of parents of children with special needs.

Parents have advised they may take legal action and have called for the reopening of special education in-school provision.
