Met Éireann warns of flooding and travel disruption as Storm Chandra hits Ireland

Ireland is set to experience heavy rain and strong gusty winds on Tuesday as Storm Chandra affects much of the country.
Met Éireann has issued a status yellow rain warning for Carlow, Kilkenny, Louth, Waterford, Wexford, and Wicklow from midnight until 11pm on Tuesday.
