'Significant' firearms stash found in Cork woodland during garda search

Gardaí have recovered a "significant number of firearms" during a search of a wooded area in Templemichael, Co Cork.

The discovery was made on Thursday morning when officers from Watergrasshill Garda Station carried out a planned search as part of an ongoing investigation into reports of illegal dumping in the area.
