A status yellow rain warning has been issued for Cork and Kerry from Sunday into Monday, with Met Éireann predicting localised flooding in both counties.

The forecaster says Cork and Kerry will see "persistent rain" that may turn heavy, leading to localised flooding and difficult travel conditions from Sunday afternoon.
