Man hospitalised after three-vehicle crash in Cork City

Gardaí and several units of Cork City Fire Brigade were at the scene.
A man has been hospitalised following a three-vehicle collision on Cork City's north side on Monday.
The crash happened on the N20 Blackpool at the North City Link Road shortly before 8.20am.
Gardaí and several units of Cork City Fire Brigade were at the scene.
One man sustained injuries in the collision and was subsequently taken to Cork University Hospital (CUH) as a precaution. No other substantial injuries were reported.
As of 10am, the road where the accident took place was still in the process of being cleared and traffic in the wider Blackpool area remains quite heavy.
Motorists have been advised to take care on approach.
