Investigation underway after 'device' thrown at Limerick home

Gardaí have launched an investigation after a "device" was thrown at a house in Limerick city.
The incident occurred at a house in Ballinacurra Weston in Limerick on Wednesday, October 15 at approximately 10.30pm.
It is understood that the device, which was thrown at a house amid an ongoing feud in the area, failed to explode.
A Garda spokesperson told the
that "no injuries have been reported at this time".The Defence Forces Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) assisted at the scene.
"Investigations are ongoing," the spokesperson.
