The former home of Nathan McDonnell, who was jailed for 12 years over a €32m crystal meth trafficking plot, is now on the market.
Located in Ballyroe, Tralee, the property is described as as “magnificent” family residence, within a small cluster of four “luxury homes”.
The 3,800sq ft property has been advertised for €795,000.
The prominent businessman was jailed for 12 years following his involvement in a plot with the Mexican Sinaloa cartel to traffic crystal meth through Ireland.

The quantity of the drugs was the largest ever seized by the State, totalling €32.4m.
McDonnell was trusted with paying shipping charges in the Port of Cork for the electromagnetic separator machine in which the drugs were concealed.
He stored the drugs at his family business, arranged their onward shipping to Australia, and used his family contacts to facilitate the shipment.
