Motorcyclist in 'critical condition' after crash in Co Mayo

The single-vehicle collision occurred at approximately 12.30pm on Sunday

A man, a motorcyclist aged in his 60s was brought by air ambulance to University Hospital Galway, where he is in a critical condition.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was left in "critical condition" following a Co Mayo crash. 

The single-vehicle collision occurred at approximately 12.30pm at Creggaunbaun, Louisburgh, on Sunday.

A man, a motorcyclist aged in his 60s was brought by air ambulance to University Hospital Galway, where he is in a critical condition.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward. 

Gardaí are also appealing for any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) who were travelling in the area between 12pm and 1pm to make this footage available to them.
