Met Éireann issues status yellow rain warning for Cork and four other counties

Met Éireann has issued a status yellow rainfall warning for Cork, Clare, Kerry, Limerick, and Galway, with "heavy spells of blustery rain" expected this week.
The warning will be in effect from 6pm on Tuesday until 3am on Wednesday, with the impacts set to include difficult travelling conditions, poor visibility, and localised flooding.
