Gardaí are investigating after fishermen discovered a body off Waterford’s coast, with identification and an autopsy pending

A body was found off the coast of Waterford by two fishermen on Thursday morning.

The deceased has not yet been identified, but a garda spokesperson said that "efforts are ongoing to establish their identity."
