The clean-up is underway across Cork, Limerick, Kerry, Galway, and Donegal following flooding and power outages caused by Storm Bert's torrential rainfall. Travel disruptions, event cancellations, and damage assessments dominate the scene.Â
As of 5pm, power outages, initially affecting 60,000 homes and businesses, have been reduced to 11,000 as ESB crews work to restore service.
