Irish Examiner photographers among award-winning photo-journalists to display their work in Cork festival

The Big Picture Festival of Press Photography will take place in Kinsale this weekend

Photographer Alan Betson's picture of the 130 swimmers who took to the chilly 7C water in a Nollaig na mBan cold water swim at Clontarf Baths as part of a fundraiser for Women's Aid. 

Images from multi-award winning photographers, including those from the Irish Examiner, are to feature in the line up of a free festival in Kinsale this weekend.

The Big Picture Festival will be based at Temperance Hall on Saturday and Sunday and will feature work by members of the Press Photographers Association of Ireland.
