A man who drowned while fishing on the River Lee is to be remembered with a unique show of strength for the charity that recovered his body.

Mark Quilligan will pay tribute to his brother Brian, on what would have been his 40th birthday, by attempting to carry a 40kg search and rescue training dummy up Carrauntoohil.
