Champions League beckons for garda and his Cork City amputee teammates

Garda David White turned up as normal to work with Mallow Roads Policing unit in October 2017. But what started out like any other shift ended in tragedy when a motorcycle accident cost him his right leg.

“I was the guy who went to the traffic accidents so I never expected I would be in one myself,” he said
