Sub-machine gun, as well as drugs and cash, seized in Limerick

A man, aged in his 30s, was arrested at the scene of the Co Limerick search operation 

A Garda spokesperson said the seized items were undergoing forensic examination.

A man has been arrested after gardaí seized drugs, cash and a sub-machine gun in Co Limerick.

A search operation was carried out on Tuesday morning, with gardaí recovering €6,500 worth of cocaine, €2,600 in cannabis (pending analysis), €1,125 in cash and drug paraphernalia.
