Plans for up to 350 homes in Cork’s western suburbs are being prepared after the ESB and the Land Development Agency (LDA) confirmed a land transfer deal.

The ESB has agreed to transfer to the LDA a 2.7hectare greenfield site at its Sarsfield Road regional headquarters in Wilton, which the agency bought for just over €3m last year.
