Two face assault and burglary charges after alleged incidents on 'Scout' superyacht in Kinsale

At Bandon District Court, Judge James McNulty granted both men bail with conditions, and they are to attend court again on Monday

Two men appeared in court on assault and burglary charges for offences that were alleged to have occurred on board the €80m superyacht Scout in Kinsale Harbour early on Friday morning.

Selvin Foley, aged 21, of Coach House, Eastern Road, Kinsale, and Matthew Kiely, aged 22, of St Elkins Crescent, Kinsale both appeared before Judge James McNulty at Bandon District Court.
