Cork election recap: Here are the new councillors on the city and county councils

History was made with the election of the city's first black city councillor — the Green Party’s Honore Kamegni

After a long weekend, that included a recount in Cobh, the 55 seats on Cork County Council and the 31 seats on Cork City Council have now been filled.

In the the city council, history was made with the election of the city's first black councillor — the Green Party’s Honore Kamegni.
