Two arrested and €125k worth of tablets seized in Co Tipperary

Some 62,500 suspected Alprazolam and Clonazepam tablets worth €125,000 in Tipperary town on Wednesday.

A man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s were arrested following the seizure of 62,500 suspected Alprazolam and Clonazepam tablets worth €125,000 in Tipperary town on Wednesday.

The man has been charged and is scheduled to appear before a sitting of the District Court in Nenagh on Thursday morning.
