GardaĂ are investigating a burglary at a credit union in Cork on Friday morning.
The First South Credit Union in Ballinlough, a suburb in the southside of Cork City, was burgled this morning.
No staff were injured but the branch will be closed for the day, it is understood.
âGardaĂ are investigating a burglary which occurred at a premises in Ballinlough, Co Cork earlier this morning, Friday, 5th January,â a Garda spokesperson said.
âInvestigations are ongoing.âÂ
A local said a Garda car was parked outside the credit union this morning.
âA staff member was adjusting a sign, they said they couldnât let anyone in because there had been an incident,â they said.
