Boy, 3, airlifted to hospital after falling from roof in Co Tipperary

A three-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital after he fell from a roof in Co Tipperary on Monday afternoon. 

Gardaí assisted emergency services at the scene of the incident that happened at a property on Main Street, Carrick-on-Suir at around 3.15pm. 

It is believed the boy had fallen from a flat roof. 

He was taken by air ambulance to Temple Street Hospital in Dublin where is being treated for his injuries. 

The boy is said to be in a stable condition following the incident.
