Man arrested after €100k of cocaine and cannabis seized in Limerick

A man has been arrested after €100,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis was seized in Limerick City this afternoon.
Gardaí found the drugs during the search of a residence in the St Mary's Park area.
The drugs are to be analysed by Forensic Science Ireland (FSI).
The man, aged in his 50s, is currently being held at a Garda Station in County Limerick under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
He can be held for up to seven days.
Investigations are ongoing.
