A judicial review being taken by Cork woman Catherine O’Brien arising out of her conviction in her absence for animal welfare breaches will be heard next year.

At the High Court in Dublin on Tuesday, Mr Justice Charles Meenan set July 20 next year as the hearing date for the judicial review.
