'Mam said it' - Limerick taxi driver dedicates €500k EuroMillions win to late mother

A Limerick taxi driver who won half a million euro in Friday night’s EuroMillions Plus draw said he feels “on top of the world”.

Eddie Costelloe, from Moyross, welled up as he credited his beloved late mother, Helen, who passed away in 2013, for encouraging him to follow his dream of one day winning the lottery.
