Three women arrested at Donald Trump’s golf course in Doonbeg

Three women have appeared in court charged with offences allegedly committed at Donald Trump’s golf course in Doonbeg, Co Clare.

On Friday evening, a woman in her 20s was arrested for trespassing on the golf links.

On Saturday, a woman in her 30s and one in her 40s were arrested for public order offences at the site.

The three women appeared at a special sitting of Ennis District Court on Saturday evening.

No other arrests have taken place, gardaí said. The US president is currently staying at the golf resort during his visit to Ireland, where the Irish Open is currently taking place.
