Case against Cork teenager who was carried in stolen cherry picker awaiting DPP directions

The Garda file in the case against a teenager on a charge of allowing himself to be carried in a stolen cherry picker which was driven through Cork City on November 2 last has been sent to the DPP for directions.
Sergeant Aisling Murphy confirmed at Cork District Court the file was sent to the DPP on March 23 and directions were awaited from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
