A book of evidence is being prepared in the case against a man accused of non-fatal strangulation and making a death threat where he allegedly held a knife to a young woman’s neck and threatened: “I will kill you”.

Sergeant Gearóid Davis applied on Friday for an adjournment of the case against Kevin Buckley of 5C Shanakiel, Blarney Road, Cork, at Cork District Court, to allow time for preparation and service of a book of evidence.
