Court to fix trial date of Cork man accused of threatening gardaí with a knife

It is alleged the defendant repeatedly shouted 'get the f*** out of the car' at the two gardaí

A man accused of approaching a garda patrol vehicle telling gardaí to “get the fuck out of the car” will appear in court again on February 3 by video link from prison.

Judge Mary Dorgan adjourned the case to Cork District Court for the purpose of fixing a date for a hearing of the case.
