A woman and a young man arrested in Douglas in September on drug-dealing charges have had the cases against them adjourned until April 13, 2025, to allow time for forensic analysis of the suspected drugs.

Both defendants appeared before Cork District Court on Monday. 26-year-old Letisha Murphy is charged that on September 21 at Lios Na Gréine, South Douglas Road, Cork, she had cocaine and Diamorphine (heroin) for the purpose of selling or otherwise supplying.
