Teenager due in court charged with fatal stabbing of 17-year-old in Dublin

A teenage boy has been charged following the fatal assault of 17-year-old Ukrainian national Vadym Davydenko in Donaghmede

The victim, Vadym Davydenko from Ukraine, was discovered shortly after 11am with serious injuries by gardaí and emergency services. 

A teenage boy has been charged in connection with the fatal assault of a 17-year-old in Donaghmede, Co Dublin on Wednesday.

The victim, Vadym Davydenko, from Ukraine, was found shortly after 11am by gardaí and emergency services with serious injuries.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect, also a juvenile, was arrested on Friday by gardaí.

He has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Saturday afternoon.
