Bandon woman accused of putting drugs in mouth to obstruct garda search

Woman instructed to stay out of Cork city while on bail

The court was told by a garda that the woman put suspected deals of heroin and crack cocaine into her mouth.

A  Bandon woman who was allegedly trying to obstruct a drugs search in Cork city by putting deals of crack cocaine and heroin in her mouth was arrested and brought to court.

Chanelle McInerney, aged 25, who lives at an apartment at Oliver Plunkett St, Bandon, Co Cork, was arrested by Garda Jane Delahunty who objected to bail being granted to her.
