Cork District Court heard the men carried out a burglary at Washington St, Cork.

Two men drove to an apartment at Washington St in Cork at 5.30am and carried out a burglary where the resident was assaulted and had property including a 40-inch TV stolen, it was claimed in court.

These allegations were made today at Cork District Court where Garda Patrick Houlihan and Detective Garda Myles Moran objected to bail being granted to the two accused, Timmy Saubolle, aged 31, of Lagan Grove, Mayfield, Cork, and Michael Ryan, aged 43, of 94 Curraheen Drive, Bishopstown, Cork, They were charged that on the September 26 they carried out a burglary at Washington St, Cork.
