Book of evidence served on man charged with defiling child in Cork

Accused is remanded on continuing bail

Judge Mary Dorgan sent the case forward from Cork District Cort to the next sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court.

A book of evidence was served today on a 32-year-old man charged with ten counts of defilement of a child.

Sergeant John Kelleher confirmed that the defendant had been served with the book of evidence in the case investigated by Garda Mary Enneguess.
