Brothers charged with firearms offences will likely face trial in criminal court

Two brothers found with a loaded 3D-printed pistol and ammunition in an Opel Corsa in Co Cork allegedly sourced and distributed guns and will likely not have their cases heard in a lower court.

Gary Walsh, aged 40, of Retail Park, Kilmallock Co Limerick, and his younger brother Damien Walsh, aged 32, of Trabolgan Road, Whitegate, Co Cork, were both charged with two firearms offences.
