A man with behavioural difficulties has been jailed for two years for trespassing at a neighbour’s house and sexually assaulting her when she was asleep in bed with her two children.

The accused denied the charges of burglary and sexual assault, but a jury found him guilty of the offences at Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
