Judge remanded accused in continuing custody until November 26 as a final attempt is made to have a psychiatric report prepared on him

A 63-year-old woman who found it was beyond evil to be attacked by her husband with boiling water and hammering to her head when she was sleeping will have to wait until November 26 for him to be sentenced.

Judge Dermot Sheehan remanded 64-year-old Noel Twomey, of 18 Carbery Grove, Knocknaheeny, Cork, in continuing custody until that date as a final attempt is made to have a psychiatric report prepared on the accused.
