Court sees dashcam footage of hijacker threatening Cork taxi driver, 75, with knife

The 75-year-old taxi driver said: 'That night, my whole life changed.'

Disturbing dashcam footage showed a 75-year-old taxi driver facing a front-seat passenger pull a knife on him during a hijacking and now the victim has described how he can still feel the sensation of the knife against his neck and his face.

The taximan was forced out of the car and left alone on the side of a country road in the dark. He believed he was going to die or get a heart attack. Now his family tells him he is not the same man since this happened and he said this is true.
