Two arrested following serious assault in Dublin

A young man and a teenager have been arrested in connection with a serious assault in Dublin on Friday afternoon.

A man aged in his 20s is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following the incident.

The assault took place at a residence in Kilcronan View in Clondalkin.

A man aged in his 20s and a male aged in his late teens were arrested on Saturday.

They have been detained at a Garda station in Dublin under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with any information or footage of the incident to come forward.
